It wasn't just about staffing ER positions. It was about being a partner in our community, making sure that we were doing what was right for our patients, making sure we were providing high quality care. There was somebody always looking at our results to make sure we were exceeding patient expectations... In the end I wish we would have done this a whole lot faster. We were so caught up on the cost but in reality it more than paid for itself within the first month.
